The material is from local place of the terra-cotta musuem.very precious and nice.we put the clay in the room to leaven about 2 weeks.then begain to work.
A man step on the clay to make it more sticky.
The different parts of warriors is made by individual mold.
Smooth the outline,Carve the detail and make the face different.
Check the detail and mend it.
Waiting for air-dry
Put the air-dried warriors in the kiln,build up the door to fire.
Keep firing about 2 weeks.
